Hill Top Off-Road

• The Hill Top Off-Road is for any Jeep or 4-Wheel Drive enthusiast no matter where you live. But directs most of its concentration towards the mid-western states. In hopes that these states recognizes four wheeling on �Jeep� trails as a valid land use and recreational activity. The mid-west has many �Jeep� trails and much to offer in scenery, but as opposed to many other states, has yet to accept responsible four wheeling as a recreational land use activity by the Park System and Forest Service. Hill Top intends to change popular misconception this through its memberships contact network.

• Hill Top will work towards establishing relationships with the local forest service and park service. This should allow us access to local areas, which would normally be restricted. Hill Top will also work towards building relationships with local businesses and local land owners which we hope, with the right attitude from all our members, will allow us access to even more land in the local area. Membership does require the ownership of a 4-wheel drive vehicle, and it does require a Tread Lightly and volunteering attitude from you. As we will be involved in the community. Hill Top is a Family oriented club. But also has plenty of individuals, and requires you to enjoy outings and like to participate in a friendly way with the group. The tear it up crowd need not apply.
